General conditions for entry
By purchasing a ticket and entering the Stone Smoker Festival grounds, the visitor agrees to these terms and undertakes to follow the rules set by the event organiser.
Tickets
Keep your ticket in a safe place. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
Ticket forgery is a criminal offence. Any additional modifications will make the ticket invalid.
The organiser is not responsible for the authenticity or validity of tickets purchased outside the official presale. The organiser is also not responsible for any problems caused by unauthorised use or copying of a ticket.
If the ticket holder allows the ticket to be copied, entry will only be granted to the visitor who arrives first with the identical ticket.
After exchanging the ticket for an identification wristband, the visitor is required to wear the wristband on their wrist for the entire period of its validity.
Children and minors
Consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is prohibited at the festival and concerts for anyone under the age of 18.
Visitors under the age of 15 may attend the festival only when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Visitors aged 15 to 18 may attend the festival only when accompanied by an adult, or with written permission signed by their legal guardian.
A child visitor follows the ticket of the accompanying adult.
Rules on site
It is forbidden to bring weapons, dangerous items, or your own food and drinks into the festival grounds.
The festival has zero tolerance for violence, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, and any other form of discrimination.
Visitors are required to follow the rules set by the event organiser and the instructions of the festival staff.
Dogs and pets
A loud festival environment is stressful for dogs and other pets. With regard to their health and the safety of visitors, we do not recommend bringing animals into the festival grounds or the campsite.
Please leave them comfortably at home.
Programme and changes
Changes to the programme and performing artists are reserved.
In the event that the event is cancelled, please contact the ticketing company through which you purchased your tickets.
Photography, video and marketing
By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival grounds or any other organised events, the visitor agrees that photographs and video recordings of them may be taken.
These photographs and video recordings may be used by the organiser for advertising, promotional, and other festival-related purposes, free of charge.
By purchasing a ticket, the visitor also gives consent to receive marketing communication related to the festival and its organiser.
